Have been coming to Mary's for 18 yrs now. Have always been treated with great respect. Had a problem once with my nails once and they fixed it free of charge no questions asked. All employees are kind and friendly with great skills. Atmosphere is relaxing, pedi chairs are very comfortable. Largest variety of nail colors along with pricing from minimal to grand service. Highly recommend
They always do good on pedicures. All I wanted them to do with my nails is take the fake set off and they kept asking me if I wanted nails, I said no, 3 times! Then I heard them talking and looking at me and so I put it on Google translate. They said they were charging me extra and charged me 35 dollars to take my nails off . I won't be back. So it was 125 for nail take off and a pedicure, 15 dollars for gel.
My wife has been a regular, but not any more after being treated very rudely by the front desk person. She paid with a credit card and a 2.5% surcharge was added. She told the checkout person if she had known that she would’ve paid with cash. The checkout person said “well, now you’ll know next time”. So she called and asked to speak to the owner, but the owner refused to speak with her about this kind of rude behavior. So, there won’t be a next time. Life is too short to accept rude treatment.
